At “Jewel of the Bay” we use Australia Post for the delivery of all orders. Parcels will be sent in an Express post bag and will need a signature on delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise a collection card will be left in your mailbox and you will need to collect it from your local post office.
Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed and received. It is our objective to have all orders dispatched by the next working day provided the products are in stock. During peak trading times there may be a delay of 24 hours in which case we will contact you to advise you of the expected dispatch time. Some Handmade Jewellery, Special Orders and items which may be out of stock at the time of the order may take up to 10-21 days. For urgent orders by express post please call us to ensure the items are in stock for immediate shipping to avoid disappointment.
We reserve the right to charge higher postage for extremely heavy or large parcels delivered within Australia. We will contact you immediately should an additional postage charge be required.
We are currently unable to process International orders.
